Stuart KIA has recently gone through a dealership refresh giving their customers a welcoming warm, cozy space, increasing brand recognition, demonstrating their commitment to providing unique KIA experiences and attracting new customers helping to build loyalty. The finishes were all chosen supporting the Canadian economy to minimize the carbon footprint.

DAL AC East Greenhouse Replacement

Truro has long been recognized as a rural and agricultural hub in Nova Scotia, supported by Colchester County’s rich surrounding farmland and nearby educational institutions. DAL AC reflects this legacy through its working farm, extensive research fields, and hands-on learning opportunities that support training for the agricultural sector.

Fowler was pleased to support this continued growth through the replacement two greenhouses at Cox East. The scope included greenhouse disposal and replacement, related structural repairs, and the removal, reinstatement, and coordination of all mechanical and electrical equipment in the Cox Biology Greenhouse.

Camden Welding & Trailer – Upper Brookside

We are proud to showcase the new Camden Welding & Trailer in Upper Brookside. This 9,600 sq ft building enhances both customer experience and operational efficiency with a modern showroom, shop, offices, and service areas designed to support Camden’s wide range of services.

This facility provides the space, functionality, and durability needed to continue serving their customers with the quality and reliability they’re known for. This project represents coordination, and dedication of our entire team, along with the support of our valued partners and committed subcontractors.

We’re happy to have collaborated with Camden Welding & Trailer to deliver a facility that will support their continued growth and success in the years ahead.

UPS – Upper Onslow

It all started in 1907 with $100 and two entrepreneurs, to become the world’s largest package delivery service. Fowler Construction Services Limited was very pleased to partner with UPS more than a decade later of being in business to help continue their growth with a brand new warehouse in Upper Onslow, Nova Scotia.

DAL AC Langille Athletic Centre Envelope Upgrades, Concrete Repairs & HVAC Switchgear Renewal

Fowler was pleased to contribute to the exterior upgrades at the DAL AC Langille Athletic Centre. The work included replacing the main entrance doors and completing concrete repairs to the access ramp, helping refresh the building’s appearance and improve functionality. An upgrade to the HVAC & Switchgear was also completed at Langille Athletic Centre.

Truro U- Haul

This beautifully repurposed property is rich in history and character. Purchased by U-Haul in 2018, it was transformed into a self-storage facility and became the company’s first owned-and-operated store in Truro, as well as its third location in Nova Scotia at the time. Fowler is pleased to have contributed to this successful project and to the property’s renewed purpose.

The building’s historic construction began around 1938. It first served as the home of the Lewis Hat Company and was later used as a bowling alley known as The Broken Cue.

Dalhousie Agricultural Campus

Prior to Dalhousie University acquiring the Agricultural College in Bible Hill, Nova Scotia, Fowler Construction Services completed many projects on the ever-growing campus over the years. After the merger, Fowler Construction Services took on a number of renovation jobs, including a multi-million dollar ventilation renovation of the Haley Building, a kitchen renovation inside the Jenkins Building, and updates to both the MacRae Library and Banting Building. Most recently, Fowler Construction Services completed the construction of a new state of the art greenhouse, further cementing their position as a innovative and expertly-skilled construction company.

Blaikie’s Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ltd.

As a staple automobile dealership in central Nova Scotia for more than 80 years, Blaikies Dodge Chrysler Jeep Limited was in need of a face-lift. Fowler Construction Services stepped in to provide the local business with a brand new show room as well as updates to the pre-existing building facade.

Ships Company Theatre

After more than 20 years of staging world-class theatre performances onboard a restored 1920’s steel ferry vessel, Ship’s Company Theatre in Parrsboro, Nova Scotia, decided they needed a more permanent space for their unique performance venue. Alongside the skilled team at MacKay-Lyons Sweetapple Architects Limited, Fowler Construction Services was able to build what is now one of Atlantic Canada’s most renown cultural centres, providing visitors with a theatre experience like no other.
